Avalon urban is an eco-house, the concept of which includes: 1. Solar panels, which at the same time serve as barriers of balconies. 2. Multimedia complex of diode systems, which allows to produce various effects of natural phenomena such as rain, fire, snow, as well as the information content. 3. There are powerful fountains on the roof, which create, if necessary, a kind of local rain for the residents of building, thereby watering the system of vertical gardening of futuristic buildings. 4. A random arrangement of window openings provides free planning of premises.
