Concept  Aura Apart formed, as always in a compromise with many restrictive factors. On the one hand, this is the maximum building area on the site, which was characterized by a not entirely clean projection in the plan. On the other hand, this is the presence of a whole list of requirements and restrictions for the object as a whole. In addition, the high level of

responsibility, caused by the importance of buildings on the coast of the sea. Thus, as a result of investor confidence and cooperation with the project organization  Davinchi, Aura Apart project was successful at the International Property Award in London in two nominations at once: Residential High-rise Architecture Ukraine and  Best Apartment Ukraine
